Brokerage Fees and Rates
The brokerage fees for the All‑inclusive Service Package and other rates are shown in the overview below. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties and specified in the sales mandate, the brokerage fees are paid by the seller on the day of transfer. In the case of a delegated sales mandate issued by another real estate professional, the rate indicated in the original sales mandate of that professional applies. Deviations from the standard brokerage fees are possible, in accordance with the guidelines of the DGCCRF and pursuant to the decree of 10/01/2017 – Article 2, Section I.

Applicable Law
